A bidding template must be filled out and submitted in order for your bid to be received and considered.  Click and download the appropriate service document link below.  Complete the necessary components and send this document along with your bid to the designated contact person on the corresponding Form 470, and kindly be sure to copy us at bids@erateexchange.com. 

Please be sure to submit all of your bids to the designated contact person on the Form 470 in Block 1, Item 6a.  The Consultant in Block 1, Item 7 on the Form 470 is not responsible for collecting or evaluating bids.  The consultant should be copied for record-keeping purposes but will not be involved in the bid distribution to applicants,  evaluating bids, or making decisions about services sought for compliance purposes.
